AI platforms often feel cold and technical — built for developers, not people. 913AI wanted to create a discovery experience that welcomed non-technical users without dumbing down the product for power users.

The core challenge was designing an interface that felt modern and capable while remaining approachable from the very first interaction.

Approach

1) Give Agents a Human Identity

Each AI agent was designed with a distinct visual persona — name, avatar, and a short human-readable description — so users could quickly understand what each agent does without reading technical documentation.

2) Clean Discovery Over Feature Overload

The interface prioritized browsing and filtering over complex dashboards. Agents were surfaced through a card-based grid, letting the product speak for itself at a glance.

3) Progressive Depth

Casual users can explore agents without friction. Power users can dive into capability details, configuration options, and usage examples — all within the same coherent interface.
