MarkOS — The New Way to Review Your Marketing Content
Creating a minimal and professional language for an AI content reviewer. MarkOS brings structure and clarity to the process of reviewing and improving marketing content at scale.
Project Snapshot
- Client: MarkOS
- Industry: AI Tools / Marketing
- Primary Objective: Design a professional, focused interface for AI-assisted content review
- Core UX Focus: Make AI feedback feel structured, trustworthy, and actionable
- Scope: Product design, UI language, review workflow, component system
The Challenge
AI content tools often feel overwhelming — cluttered with scores, flags, and suggestions that create noise rather than clarity. MarkOS needed a product language that made AI feedback feel professional and structured, not algorithmic and cold.
The challenge was designing an interface where marketers could trust the AI's perspective and act on it quickly, without second-guessing the output.
Approach
1) Minimal, Professional Visual Language
The interface was designed with a restrained palette, clean typography, and deliberate use of space — borrowing from professional editorial and legal review tools to build a sense of authority without complexity.
2) Structured Feedback Over Noise
AI suggestions were organized into clear, actionable categories (clarity, tone, compliance, performance) rather than presented as an undifferentiated list. Users could filter by type and address issues systematically.
3) Trust Through Transparency
Every AI recommendation included a brief rationale, helping users understand the "why" behind suggestions and decide whether to accept, modify, or dismiss each one.
Outcomes
- A minimal, professional UI that elevates AI content review into a trusted workflow
- Structured feedback system that reduces decision fatigue for marketing teams
- Clear information hierarchy that scales from single reviews to batch workflows
- A reusable component library designed for future AI tool expansion
- Stronger user confidence in AI-generated recommendations through transparent rationale
